Dear colleagues in ministry:

We're very excited about the commercials that will be aired in your television region during Advent for the God is Still Speaking identity campaign. Some of you may have already attended a training event in your area in preparation for the advertising roll out... others of you will be meeting with your facilitators soon. Thank you for your commitment to be part of this process.

On your registration sheet it was indicated that your church does not have a website and that you are the contact person for your church. We will create a free web page for your church through the Faith and Values network. You can go to www.uccwebsites.net/samplelayout.html to see what the website will look like. This is a basic template, the information currently on this page is meant as a guide to assist you.

What we will need is some basic information from you about your church to put this into place. Our goal is to have your site up and running as soon as possible. Here's what we need:

1. Please fill in the Church Website Information found below. If you can not fill it out now, please bookmark this page or save the URL and you can fill it out later. We prefer to get it electronically, but you can print this form and fax it to me at 216-736-2223.

2. We would also like a picture of your church to put on the web page. Please forward a picture to me electronically in jpg or gif format at stillspeaking@ucc.org. You can also send me a photo via snail mail and we will transfer it to electronic format for you. To do this please send it 2 day priority mail to the address below.

3. Make sure you provide a contact person and email address. This will allow Faith and Values personnel to contact you and bring you through a training process that will enable you to update information.

Your web page will become accessible through www.stillspeaking.com by clicking on the “where” link. If in the future you would like to expand your web page and make it a more permanent website, Faith and Values can provide the service at a nominal cost.

Please allow 10-14 days for the construction of your page.
